FlowFit — Ride. Move. Get Fit.
FlowFit is a guided ride-and-fitness program led by Pune’s own mountain bike national champion Gautama Taode, conducted on a purpose-built pump track. It combines cycling, functional movement, balance, and sustained cardio into a single, engaging workout — without the monotony of a gym.
Unlike traditional cycling or fitness classes, FlowFit uses the natural rhythm of the pump track to keep your heart rate elevated while working your legs, core, and upper body continuously. Every session is structured, coached, and progressive — designed to make fitness feel intuitive and enjoyable.
Sessions are 2 hours long, conducted in small groups of 6–8 participants, ensuring personal attention and coaching.
