A pumptrack is a closed loop circuit of rolling humps and banked turns designed for cyclists. You ride it without pedalling — generating speed by 'pumping' your body weight up and down through the rollers. It builds bike handling, balance, fitness, and confidence in a safe, repeatable environment.

Who is the Flowstate pumptrack for?

Everyone. Absolute beginners learning to ride, intermediate cyclists wanting to improve technique, and advanced riders training for races. Kids as young as 2 to 3 years old have ridden the track on push bikes.

How long is the pumptrack at Flowstate?

The track is approximately 250 metres in running length, built in asphalt, and designed by Fair Trails of Italy. It is currently the only world-class pumptrack of its kind in India.

How much does a session cost?

A riding session is Rs. 500 for 4 hours on the track. Bike rentals are available at Rs. 250 for 2 hours. We have both DJ and BMX bikes in multiple sizes for kids and adults.

Do I need my own bike?

No. We rent both DJ and BMX bikes in multiple sizes at Rs. 250 for 2 hours. You can show up empty-handed and ride.

Is the pumptrack safe for young children?

Yes. The track is fully kid-friendly. Children as young as 2 to 3 years old regularly ride it on push bikes (balance bikes). Helmets are mandatory.

Beginners

Already comfortable on a bike? Use the track to sharpen cornering, jumping, and pumping technique. Lap after lap, you get measurably faster.

Advanced & Racers

Train for BMX, dirt jump, enduro, downhill, and XC racing. Build power, line choice, and reaction time on a track designed to international standards.
